Your area of responsibility

• Supporting the management and the team
• Independent and efficient office management, including the organisation of processes, filing, structuring and master data maintenance in the CRM system
• Participation in project management through coordinating tasks and administrative support
• Optimisation of internal processes with a particular focus on digitalisation and increasing efficiency
• Support and further development of social media channels, as well as support in the organisation of customer, partner and employee events
• Management and monitoring of deadlines
• Coordination of meetings, appointments and business trips
• Fee invoicing
• Responsibility for the reception area and the telephone switchboard

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience as a legal assistant is an advantage
• Independent, prudent, very precise work
• Very good MS Office skills and IT affinity
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Experience in BMD NTCS an advantage
• Ability to organise yourself
